Our White Label ATM partnership with Eminence Digitech Payment Services Private Limited’s model is ideal for Individuals, Business Owners, Banks, co-operative banks, corporates as well as co-operative credit societies that want to provide ATM services to their customers. Offering a bouquet of services including cash deposit facility, our WLA drives customer convenience and builds brand trust.
Terms & Conditions
Customer must have shop in market and in front of main road. (Rented / Own).
Shop area required 60 – 100 sqft. With min 5fut open frontage.
Company will carry out all decoration and branding works.
Civil work such as Wall Construction, Wall Plastering, Separate Shutter Construction etc, if any applicable, shall be carried out by the franchisee at its own cost.
Franchisee shall provide electricity load of minimum power i.e. of single phase 1 KVA (commercial meter), separate meter facility (with main cable) up to ATM room at his own cost.
Daily Cash Loading Fund (CLF) amount will be provided by Franchisee.
If you are selected rental model, than franchisee will pay minimum Guarantee amount as per Model will be pay from 1st month.
Penalty of Rs.100/- & Rs.500/- (selected Model) per day will be levied for the ATM not loading or down due to franchisee dependencies.
Security deposit amount will be payment after approval of side and LOI letter singe (TAT 3 Day).
Franchisee shall allow contractors of HPY to carry out the interior work at the site, only full shop model main glass door will be provided.
Company will not provide any cost feasible space for V-SAT antenna.
No Cash payment will be received by any person of the company if done, company will not be responsible.
Minimum Lock-in period for any site is One year, If franchisee surrender before than that franchisee have to pay Rs. One lac as penalty. If franchisee surrender any time between 1 to 9 years then franchisee have to pay relocation charge Rs.30,000/- + GST.
